Canada: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.

Our Product is shipped from Calgary, AB by Canada Post to any destination in Canada. We are not responsible for damages, losses or delays caused by Canada Post or customer negligence.

Pure Essence Imports is not responsible for the product after it has been handed over to the carrier (Canada Post). The customer is responsible for ensuring timely receipt of the product and mitigating any weather, theft, physical or other damages at the destination. The customer should make sure that someone will be available to receive the package at the time of delivery or have the package sent at a safe spot location. 

If the customer inputs the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address by the shipping carrier, Pure Essence Imports considers this as stolen. We will replace the order on behalf of the customer. If the customer inputs the incorrect address at checkout we are not responsible for replacing the order.

Duration of Shipping: 

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
